Vanity Plate of the Day… not actually daily, but whenever I encounter one in the wild that I think worth sharing and there are not too many in sequence. When I was commuting from my home to downtown St. Louis and back, I was spending anywhere from an hour and half to two hours daily in rush hour traffic. I used the exercise of deciphering vanity plates to help pass the time… plus sometimes they are very clever and worth sharing.
This was on the back of black Buick SUV, one of the small ones. While I did not see the driver, for some reason I always think of this vehicle as a chick car. That is neither here nor there, except my stereotype explains my following comments.
When I first saw the plate, my first random thought was that I thought solicitation was illegal. Then I thought, “well that is a somewhat small target market.” Then I thought maybe she had a kink about men in police uniforms.
I am sure the reality was much more mundane than that. She mostly likely has a loved one who is involved in police work… I hope!
