Glad to see I’m not the only one that saw this crap 20, 30 years ago. Yea go ahead and get that loan where the payments go up in a few years and count on making more money to pay the extra cost (life does’nt happen in between). Sure made a lot of bankers and real estate peopole rich. How dumb are we , quite dumb they,( the rich and greedy people) count on it. And hey a bunch of dumb wankers jumped on the band wagon. And hey, lets not even go into the idiot patrol we have running the governments of the world, they just keep egging it on because believe it or not them f*****g a*****s are getiing their trickle down, seen yours yet.
